I would give a negative if I could. He’s nothing more than a pill pusher who refuses to give referrals to other doctors or specialists when necessary. Probably scared they’ll see his negligence. I left him many years ago but seeing how my parents health is declining rapidly and he refuses to acknowledge it, reminds me of why I left. He should not be practising medicine. He’s never been really good at it IMO
Dr. Carvalho is extremely attentive, empathetic, and highly professional. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen. Fernanda, his medical office assistant, is also very helpful, polite, and always willing to support patients in any way she can. I’m very happy as a patient and highly recommend this office!
The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional!
