I WAS GIVEN A REFERRAL FOR PT, LAST WEEK FOR APEX PHYSICAL THERAPY I CALLED TODAY TO INQUIRE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD ABOUT AN APPOINTMENT, A YOUNG GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THE THEY WILL CALL BACK, I TRIED TO CALL THEM MYSELF IT SAIDS PHONE IS DISCONNECTED AT APEX PT. NI ONE HAS CALLED FROM DR THRINHS OFFICE, I DONT UNDERSTAND HAVING SO MANY AWARDS
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Should be negative star. Super rude and un professional front desk. Talk to patient like they are rats or something. Can’t believe in a doctor office can have this kind of front desk service
Doctor trin in good but their staff is v bad thy don’t fax your reports to referred doctors and staff is very lazy and don’t even cal u after yur lab work is done to give u yur results. Too much hassle u call them so many times for the same thing but thy don’t send yur reports to the referred doctors
I didn't get a chance to go because the people who answered the phone won't give you an appointment unless you give them insurance information. Can't waste your time when your wife is sick and needs to get in to see a doctor.
