Love Tran and her office ladies but it’s been weeks of not being able to call the office line. The calls seem to be connecting to a random persons number. Very frustrating when I live so far and have limited resources and am in need of medication.
I have been calling for 2 days. Cannot get Hold of this office. Does anyone have an email address for them? Mahalo.
Canceled my appointment after many rude interactions with office manager Paula. There were many times where I asked for information and was told I would receive a call back and never did. Every-time I called back to followup myself it felt like there was some excuse for why they did not want to see me as a patient despite having appointments and accepting my insurance. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been seen Dr. Tran for a few years and I appreciated her upfront honest approach. When I was going to go on birth control I insisted I needed to be put under anesthesia for the IUD insertion, expecially from past sexual assault I'm very very sensitive and I made it very clear what I wanted and needed.
