Dr. Black and the staff at GenesisCare would get a 10 star rating if it was available. This healthcare team listens to all of your questions, they understand your diagnosis that you have cancer and you are scared, they show compassion at the same time as providing the best medical care to cure your condition. I have seen many doctors and healthcare providers in Asheville and in other cities and I have never had a better team.
The positive attitude of Dr Black and especially his staff made a difficult situation much more tolerable. The equipment is state of the art and well maintained. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is the billing process; it’s a bit confusing.
A very helpful doctor in our times of need.
