My appointments with Nicholas King left much to be desired. The absence of continuity in care is noticeable and concering. Having to repetededly explain why I am there in appointments spaced weeks apart amounts to trauma dumping instead of any planned professional care. Over several appointments the only recommended method of processing/coping was writing letters. After expressing that this did not work at all for myself, I was only told again to write more. I truly did not feel seen or heard and sought care elsewhere.
Was referred by a friend. Left multiple voicemails for Dr Q. The office took 2 months to contact me. Emily was kinda rude and told me she would let me know if Dr Q was interested in seeing me. That was a few weeks ago. Strange way to run a business.
Miscommunication led me to believe that my patient care wasn't a priority for Dr. Quintal and everything in me knew that couldn't have been true. It took me a while to get in touch with him because I wanted to give him time to respond to me, seeing as he is a busy person. Well, in fact it was a miscommunication, I had missed some phone calls and he had missed some messages and an email.
