This review is to document a very concerning interaction with the clinic’s office manager. Last week, I requested medical results through the patient portal because they were never uploaded. When I called to follow up, I was simply requesting my medical record and did not mention any past experiences or concerns. I was polite and friendly. We love Dr Mendosa.. This is still a small family style practice. Dr. Mendosa is kind and caring, not in a hurry like some big clinic type practices. He has a very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. They are a great group and highly recommended by us.
Dr. Mendoza is incredible. All staff is nice and friendly and I was seen promptly after my appointment time. Highly recommend :)
The entire staff is amazing! They got me in and all required tests in a week!!! Can't say enough!!!
