I immediately found a new neurologist after having my first appointment with Dr Qing Ni, MD. He was very rude, insensitive, and cruel. He only cared about himself and his own ego. He even made the comment to me word for word even further stating he didn’t want to help me, “some of us just have to deal with the problems we’re born with.” The entire appointment was an argument and I wanted so badly to cry as how he was treating me horrible the entire time but I held back. I remained kind eventhough how rude and mean he was to ... read more

Dr. Ni's staff is the worst I have ever encountered. The "paperwork" person was rude and did not know what she was doing. She told us that she checked caller id and would not answer our calls unless she felt like it. She told us that we should know their office processes and should know what paper work we needed to ask for. it took over two months to get paperwork filled out. Almost impossible to understand due poor mastery of English. Talked a lot, looked at my records but hardly looked at me. I felt pressured for multiple tests without fully understanding the reasons.

Business response:

Patients are aware that physician is US Citizen but from Chinese, all patients are given the opportunity before leaving the office if the dont clearly understand we have several nurses that can review everything with them before leaving

3 Weeks to receive MRI results. Rescheduled me 2 times for results. Spoke with the Dr. on the phone vs office visit because they could not get me in, then he gave me the results of another patient. Very unprofessional. Staff would not return calls when messages were left. Spoke with the imaging facility where the MRI was performed and the results were available the day of the exam.

Business response:

Results are never given over the phone at anytime,
