Referred by Primary to get dementia diagnosis for my dad. Horrible experience. Waiting room is dirty, chairs are old and dirty also. Staff is RUDE!! Appointment scheduled for 10:45 and it was told to us the dr was leaving at noon for the day. Waited in the waiting room for an hour and at 11:45 went to the front counter for an update. Called office on Monday to report side effects of medication. No response. I finally called on Fri (!), and after call was dropped 3 times, I was told to discontinue meds and that there was no indication that another drug was recommended. Dr Gu had previously told me that several meds were available. Worst patient service ever. Not going back.

I met Dr Gu for the first time today and really like him, he was personable -really listened to my concerns and was reactive to my migraine issues! His staff was equally as nice! I am so glad he is my new Dr!.

If I could rate zero stars I would. If you are checking reviews to see if you should call Dr Gu I'm warning you stay far far away. I went to him because I was showing symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. After tons of MRI and a lumbar puncture he said to me "MS is possible, do you want me to treat you for it?" My thoughts were, he's the doctor not me. He never looked at the images of my MRI's, only scanned over the reports written by the tech. The office staff is rude and the wait time awful. Save yourself the trouble and find a ... read more

I waited an hour in the lobby with a migraine. I'm not really surprised about long wait times. That's pretty normal. Finally got in to see Dr Gu. Brought my notebook with my information on medications, symptoms, times of migraines and so on. He didn't care about it. Even though I was told this would help for the first appt. After 3 to 5 minutes he told me he believed I was just having headaches and not migraines. Without looking at my eyes or anything.
