Before meeting Dr. Mehra, I looked into the reviews and wanted to find a way out from meeting him. Dr. Mehra won't butter you up the way other surgeons might, but that's what I later appreciated about him. He does an amazing job with fixing you. As a patient, I worried about nerve damage, but also my appearance. I was scared. Dr. Mehra often told me that I didn't have to do the surgery, but I chose to proceed. I had Upper and Lower jaw surgery with a Genioplasty on April 12th 2021 and Doctor Mehra was amazing. He guided me through everything, making sure I was aware of what my outcomes would be. I like how professional he was but also how he can lighten the mood and crack some jokes. He definitely cares for each and every patient as I felt I was in very good hands the whole time. Very bad at communicating with their patients. They generally do not pick up a call and have no interest in patients' status and recovery.
DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to make an appointment in November of 2016 for my jaw. It pops, locks and hurts on a regular basis. I called and got an appointment for February 17th. Not a big deal. Go in for my appointment, get x-rays. Told there is an issue with my jaw that they want me to get an MRI for. As I was leaving, we made another appointment for April and they told me they would call Milton Hospital for me (a hospital I suggested) get the MRI and they will call me once approved.
