I've visited both the Edison and Kendall Park office. Trying to obtain referrals, getting calls returned or any other information for that matter is like pulling teeth. I have to constantly keep calling them, its truly ridiculous. No respect for their patients health and time. Sorry but I can't recommend.
Dr. Purnima is very nice but her staff is not at all professional. They hung up on you. Keep transferring you without telling you. They tell you one thing and then different person comes and says completely different. Very unprofessional. I am a physician myself and have never come across such practice where it take 1 month to make an echo report. Given a CD with echo which has no pictures to review and then when called about it no one calls back. Getting a referral to cardiology was so difficult. One person said they would ... read more
