The front desk staff is very rude. Not impressed so I didn't get an appointment.
I have been going to office for the past few years and the doctors and the team members are very nice.
Both Dr. Patel and Dr. Gandhi are knowledgeable and spends time with the patient to provide education and solutions. The office helps with same day appointments. The wait time is short compared to other doctors I have been gone to in the past.
This was the worst office experience I have ever had with any doctor’s office. To provide background, I have known Dr. Pulin Patel for almost 20 years since the time he started practicing in the US with Dr. Bangalore. I visited him in May after some time because my ear was hurting. I specially requested Dr. Patel to see me but he did not and sent a different doctor to pawn me off to his assistant doctor.
