Dr Palka found through a detailed radiography scans I had heart damage, Aortic Sclerosis. A result from long term smoking. Sad and shocking to hear in alone in a new city. It spurred, on my healthier lifestyle choices. Through daily walking over 8K steps, eating a clean plant based diet with minimal alcohol and no smoking; I have lost weight and improved my pathology results in particular bad cholesterol. My cardiac condition was identified and treated by Dr Palka, the symptoms I was experiencing are under control and I have peace of mind that my health is now not compromised. Dr Palka has a very pleasant manner, and takes time to explain everything clearly.
