Its been 2 weeks since i called 2 make an appointment, left a detailed message and to date no one has had the courtesy to return my phone call; if that's the way they treat their new patient i wonder about their existing client, this has happened so many time with Delta Dental Dentist, my company is huge and they make billions of dollars and this is the service they want us to use. It is really sad. I think its time for me to take my complaint directly to them.
I genuinely feel cared for at DDS. Everyone is courteous, caring and kind
She is the best dentist I've ever had. I hate that she left Ohio I haven't been able to find a good dentist since.
Very rude receptionist. If you call one to many times for her liking she will say not to call again and hang up. I would honestly say don’t waste your time with calling because you don’t get treated nicely.
