Very unprofessional, just sets up follow up visits to milk money!
She will not care about your health, she will not even care if you take tablets or not because she will not refill and even after multiple requests sh will deny tablets or medicine, she will only refill if you book appointments over and over again, so she can milk you for money. NEVER GO FOR SUCH A DOCTOR, please check others review as well, she is very reputed for extracting your money through back to back followups but nothing useful in those calls but only to milk money. Do not take her as your doctor, she will force you to book appointments else she will not renew your medicines/tablets. Just for billing purposes, she will book multiple appointments and then will tell Kaiser is not good for cancer testing, and that she is different and force you to take cancer tests from her network to bill you again. She will also not refill if you travel and will openly suggest to take tablets from India instead, as if she is paying for my tablets. I highly recommend Dr Priyanka and gladly giving her 5 stars. She is very responsive to all of my health concerns and always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate how attentive, caring, and supportive she is during every visit. She provides helpful guidance and makes sure I get the care I need, including referrals to specialists when appropriate. I always feel heard and well cared for as her patient.
I highly recommend Dr. Kallem to anyone looking for an excellent primary care physician. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen to concerns while providing thoughtful and thorough care.
