I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Priyanka Jalandhara. I’m a 40-year-old former personal trainer, specializing in weight loss and mobility for over 12 years, and have always maintained a healthy, active lifestyle. Our son had been to the ER twice in 2-3 weeks. Trying to provide older lab work, new lab work and information through multiple posts in his patient portal, the doctor called to tell me that the portal is NOT an email and I was acting like "he should be in hospital". (um, well, he was - twice) I recommend the Rheumatologists at Baylor Scott and White downtown Fort Worth who have taken the Hippocratic oath.
Dr. Jalandhara really went to bat for me when it comes to insurance and medication. from getting initial authorization for me, to really helping me continue on my medication when my insurance was changed on me. She REALLY helped me. great doctor that went above and beyond for me. Thanks Dr J!
The Doctor barely spoke to me while at my appointment. I walked out of that office not knowing anything. Went back to the Doctor that originally referred me to her. My regular Doctor had an office visit summary of what Dr. Jalandra and I spoke about and a plan of care. Which seemed odd to me because none of that was discussed during my actual visit with Dr Jalandhara. When she came into my room, she did not introduce herself.
