There is no doctor like Dr. Priya Vakharia. I suddenly needed retinal detachment surgery and was sent here by my eye doctor. When I realized I needed emergency vision saving surgery, I had my first panic attack in my 53 years on the planet. Tears poured out my eyes and I started shaking. I have complications from cataract surgery and was truly terrified. As soon as I walked into this practice, I felt at ease. Up until this point, I did NOT feel heard, seen or cared for by the staff who did the surgery. Dr Vakharia immediately put me at ease. Her kind, caring demeanor put me at ease that the symptoms I was still experiencing 6 weeks after cataract surgery were not permanent. I am forever grateful to Dr Vakharia.
