Dr sapra has been very good to me, very through in my diagnosis and trying to get to the root cause of my problem. I strongly recommend her. I have never had an issue getting ahold of her and always answers the MyChart.
I would give no stars if it were an option. This Dr. is the least caring, most incompetent Dr I’ve had in my 53 years of life. She doesn’t not return calls , is never available to reach without appts even for questions or emergencies. My pharmacy is never able to reach her and she does not return messages left. Her staff is very kind and also agree with this opinion. I would absolutely seek a PCP elsewhere if you want a Dr who will give personal attention to their patients.
