Dr. Prakash and her staff are so very attentive, thorough, timely, warm & welcoming from the time you enter the office. I have been so very pleased with the care received. My health care needs are quite complicated and I feel Dr. Prakash, without a doubt, offers the best approach. Thank you ALL for always being their for your patients! I very much appreciate your amazing efforts!
I was a patient for two years. I do not feel the doctor knows a lot about the illness “sclerdoma” which is a fatal condition. She treated me like I was a number. Her office staff is extremely rude and they never answer the phone or return messages. I am disabled and have no car so it was hard to get there. I missed some time but they also cancelled on me so many times and told me that I can not be seen if I didn’t pay them $32 on that day. I begged for help. This office and Dr Prakash are fantastic!! The office is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and kind. Dr Prakash and her staff are very attentive and really listen to their patients. You can see and feel their true concern.. 5 stars all around!
