Called several times for information and 3 times did not return my call. Unprofessional office
I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Balakrishna. She is a doctor that is knowledgable and spends time explaining. She truly cares about your health and wellness.
I love my Doctor. She is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She is happy to explain anything and everything so I can understand. And she has always referred me to the best.
Since I came to her after my physician of 20+ years retired, she has led me with honesty, integrity, discretion and leadership.There are ER visits and surgeries I would not have had but for her explanations and her knowledge of the neurosurgeon. I'm not the easiest patient as at my age there are tests I just refuse to do anymore and I'm sure this is frustrating. However, she's a shining star still guiding me no matter my choices. How can I ask for more?
