Trying to get oxygen for my mom and it has taken 2 days. They kept saying it had been faxed when it hadn't and then when it was, it was the wrong form. Shouldn't a doctor in charge of geriatric patients KNOW what form to sign and send for Medicare? This has delayed my mom's release from the nursing home to assisted living for 2 days, not to mention how upsetting it has been for an 89 year old woman.
