Rude and condescending. Until today I never met the woman, only her np's. ALL of her office staff left. Google her and lawsuit and you will see why. She told me to stop my medications and did not give any replacements. Lied to my face and said I didn't have an appointment, even though I had a email confirmation in my hand. I'm diabetic, I cannot simply go off insulin and my meds. After a 2 hour wait, i was shaking since I was fasting for blood work she blamed me for not having brought enough cookies.
