Unfortunately I entered the office under extreme nerve pain in my tooth. Dr.Beniwal used an MRI scan to diagnose the correct tooth then proceeded to perform a root canal. Judging by the time I spent in the chair I’m guessing it wasn’t your usual procedure. The Dr did mention that I really should have been a double appointment. The amazing part was that the Dr used a new cleaning device that thoroughly cleaned the roots. Because of this new cleaning system I was in no pain after the procedure. Dr. Beniwal's office could not have been more accommodating, compassionate and kind. I have never had tooth pain, but when I did and it required an endodontist, I am happy Dr. Beniwal was available to treat me. She was not only professional but gentle, kind and patient. She really cared about how I was feeling and getting me better. Her front desk and other office staff mirrored her image of kindness and compassion. Thank you Dr. Beniwal !!!!!
Awesome reception team that got me booked in ASAP, had all my information and insurance ready to go and answered all of my questions. Dr. Beniwal and her team were very kind and compassionate for my root canal. They answered all of my questions, routinely checked in with me and made sure that I was comfortable through out the procedure.
