I was quite baffled when the receptionist, Laura, spent most of the phone call trying to convince me to make my appointment with a different location. I told her multiple times that I’d prefer to make my appointment with this office but she kept pushing. And for that reason, it felt more like she just didn’t want to do her job after she put me on hold twice, then hopped back on the line to say “Um yeeeeaaaah, we don’t have any availability until July….” If the call went smoothly then I’d think nothing of it but it felt like ... read more
Where do I begin? The office staff goes above and beyond to make there patients feel better. The office is clean, friendly staff and Dr. Patel takes the time to explain things. A big thumbs up. You wont find a better doctor
