Waited 25 minutes in an empty office hearing Ren speak to AI about a real estate deal. After wasting 25 minutes I leave and moments later Ren comes out and opens my car door asking if I can come back in. Very unprofessional
Had an appointment for noon. Was told over the intercom to wait in the lobby. I waited for fifteen minutes past my appointment time, no one greeted me or said they were running behind or we will be right with you. Nothing. The owner and technician sat there talking about different colors of jewelery and gossiping about clients without acknowledging me. I just got up and left.
