I wouldn't recommend Dr.Prendergast for multiple reasons. He is incompetent the main reason. I had a Cystccoscope and he examined me for a Utherial Diverticulum and said, I did not have one even thought it was seen on 2 CT scans. He told me they aren't always correct. I had ALL the symptoms of one as well for over 6 months. I'm have a repeat Cystodcope because,, I have NO confidence in the one he preformed. So having to repeat a uncomfortable test. His personality is lacking and rude as well.

Prendergast is knowledgable and precise. Like most doctors who have seen a lot of action, he can be terse and straight to the point. Do not mistake this for apathy and don't let the bad reviews fool you. Doctors are there for preventative and emergent care with no promise of comfortability, but a promise of corrective action.

This doctor told me I was faking a uti, accosted me as to why I was on antibiotics that my pcp gave me for the uti, and told me to "retrain" my bladder to fix frequency issues. He completely ignored the fact that I'm in pain, and that this is an ongoing issue that kegels won't fix. Also, when asked to leave a sample, I had to clean up the mess from the previous patient. Do not see this man.
