Very very rude!!! Gave me such a hassle because I did not have an insurance card but I have insurance. I have a tumor in my head, I thought that they would be more helpful? NO. So I could not go to my appointment and they're trying to charge me for it but I never went in to see anyone I made it as far as the front window box and then I left and gave up.
