On July 14 I had a 1PM appointment to see Dr. Grupta. I was escorted into the exam room by a med tech who took some basic information and said the Dr. would be right in. An hour later her N.P. came in to say she was going to start the process. She asked a few questions and said the Dr. Will be right in. 30 minutes later I walked out. Never saw the Dr. paid for an office visit and all I got was a 10 minute phone call on the way home. She apologized and talked about my meds. Thank you very much. Dr. Gupta is amazing! I can't thank her enough for everything. She gives me total 100% when I'm talking and addresses my concerns. I love that I can call and get a same day or week appoint if needed. Thank you.
