I’ve been going to this doctor for many years now, he is one of the best doctors I’ve been to, absolutely love him. The office is clean and the staff has always been nice and respectful. Never had any problems here
This office worries about $$ more than the patient, over the phone or in person they never ask how you are doing. Rudeness is their first priority.
Dr. Arla is fabulous! But, the woman who sits at the front and answers the phones is horrible. She is rude on the phone and when you are in person. She is not helpful and most of the time does not know any answers to the most basic questions. She needs to be replaced like yesterday - I am seriously considering getting a new doctor because she is so difficult to work with. He needs to replace her ASAP!! She should not be the first person a patient meets when either calling or coming in for a visit.
I should only have to get bloodwork every 6 months not every 3 months. It’s an added cost that I can’t afford.
