Dr. Normal Kaur “Cardiology and the front office are so respectful and professional
Billing system is awful and confusing . Feels like a scam by charging randomly ( after office visit & sending bill with 0 transparency) . Please improve on this as all other staff are nice and professional but I will feel reluctant to come back here again .

I DO NOT recommend this place. Not a very good experience, I had an echo done here, the tech was in such a big hurry that she did it in 10 minutes, being a healthcare professional, I know that echos take longer than that. Also, the billing department is not very good at billing and I was not very pleased with their online bill payment system which charged my credit card without giving me other options, such as to pay with a HSA card.
My husband was asked to complete bloodwork that included a lipoprotein(a) panel. At no point was he informed that this test is considered investigational and may not be covered by insurance. As a result, we unexpectedly received a $165 bill from Labcorp. I called the billing department to understand why this happened. The representative placed me on hold to investigate the issue but never returned. After a long wait, the line disconnected and redirected me to a survey recording.
