I have been with Doc Palwai since 2010, I received my Medicare card in 2012. The last few years the office help has been charging me for a co-payment which I have paid. Today I went for my appt and was told my co-payment was 40$. I asked if they had my Medicare listed first and my other insurance 2nd as I’m 70 now. They told me that I never had Medicare on file. Dr.palwai has helped my mother so much!!! He is really great at his job and takes time to understand her, she has been seeing him for 6 years. Today 3/24/25 she had her first bad experience with the front desk worker, she is a teacher and her insurance changed, she called last Friday to make sure everything was a good before her appointment today. At 11 a.m the office worker started calling her because they failed to verify the info on Friday. (She is a teacher, she burned her whole 30 minute lunch on the phone with this lad... read more
I have been a patient of Dr Palwai for several years now. I went to many rheumatologist before finding Dr Palwai and none diagnosed me correctly so I was always in so much pain. Dr Palwai took the time to find out the problems and then designed a treatment plan. Wow what a difference he has made for me. I always look forward to my follow up appointments because he spends quality time listening to me and going over next steps. He is extremely thorough. His staff is awesome as well which makes this practice a great office expe... read more

Mixed review: He can be kind , but he is arrogant and doesn't care for you at all as a patient! My left hand and all ten toes are deformed because of his lack of concern. ALL of the Doctors from his country collaborate- do NOT be fooled. They are not trustworthy. In addition, his staff lies to cover him! Beware! I know now why the Endocrinologist who shared the office with him left. That Dr. is above exceptional and so happy he is no longer associated with Dr. Palwai !
