Needs to stick to his scope of practice in medicine and not give personal advice/instructions that aren't medically necessary.
This man, without any sort of knowledge of context, told my mom who has Alzheimer's and is being looked after by my sister, that she needs to move back in with her husband (this doctor's patient) and take care of him. How rude, presumptive, and obnoxious of this doctor to have the audacity to try to guilt my mother. This man is completely unprofessional.
He treated my 78 year old mom who had lung cancer. At one point, my dad and I asked to see him separately as we were concerned she was seeming to become depressed. We expressed that she might benefit from an anti-depressant. He stated that it was all done then and that she was through. That if was over. (WHAT?! Absolutely love Dr Patel. He's honest and caring and spends time explaining my medical condition in terms I can understand. I go every 3 weeks for Immunotherapy with Keytruda. His staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Thank you Dr Patel and Staff!! I go to the Fort Pierce location which is always clean.
