We're to begin? I would have gave them 0 stars if I could. This place is so ran down and dingy it's frightening. Hopefully their health care is not the same quality as their appearance. They have patched holes that haven't been painted yet also have tape all over there cabinets and instruments? On top of that I have been waiting in my room to see a doctor for over 2 hours and have no indication that I'm going to be seen soon so with all this extra time I decided to write this review.
As much money as the city of Visalia has for fixing the roads. They need to put some of the funds into this clinic since alot of people go this clinic and just because they all have medi-cal doesn't mean the service should be crappy. This has been the second time which my mom had to go through becauses the employees didn't bother calling her to let her know her appointment was cancel.
