My mother is a long-time patient. She was sick so I called to get her in to see the doctor. The response was "We are booked up. You can go to a walk-in clinic." A shame doctors don't make time to see sick patients anymore. Next time I'll tell her to plan her illness well in advance so we can call early for an appointment.
