I had my procedure with Dr. Koduru and was called to come in at 11 (about 3.5 hours earlier than my procedure) to be seen earlier as there was a cancellation, by Dr. Koduru herself. I was told to wait (obviously) and got my wristband and waited an hour before I got up to talk to the front desk staff about why I had gotten there at 11 and still had not been seen (as per Dr Koduru). Our 1st visit was not the best due to the fact that we was sent all information and instructions to go to an office that was closed since Dec. Had to call to find out where I was suppose to go and was late to the appointment due to it. However, they did go ahead and see my mom. Dr. Koduru was very nice and had a good office manor.
