I didn't see Dr. Amin, I saw Dr. Ashraf via telehealth at the same practice. I have no complaints about Dr. Ashraf, he seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing, and trusted me to make decisions about what medications I wanted or didn't want to take. I left the practice when I learned about a new policy whereby secretaries will only follow up once if a patient misses scheduling a new appointment. Dr.Prakash Amin and staff are always professional, friendly and competent. Dr. always follows up with test results and gets back to me in a timely manner. He is always prompt: and the office is always clean and has great magazines to browse through while your are waiting. :)
