I usually see LouAnne and she has always been wonderful and helpful! However, I saw Dr. Kaur Friday instead. The visit went ok but she never called my prescription in. I have her cell number so I called the next day (sat) and left a message asking that she please send it asap. It's not a prescription that I'm able to refill on my own accord and med management is a big part of my recovery so I feel that this is very inappropriate.
