My son had an appointment at Royal Oak Medical Center with this Dr on 9-18-2025. This Dr Setty verbally assaulted him, Humiliated him, Embarrassed him, and Never even inquired as to why he was there. A referral was given unbeknownst to the Dr who had no idea what kind of Arrogant, Pompous, Narcissistic Individual he is. Needed authorization for pain management medication after spinal surgery. Told them yesterday. Today is good Friday and it wasn't done. Now I get to spend the long weekend with no pain medication. Highly disappointed in this office. Don't recommend. Have been without pain meds for 1 1/2 days now. Called the office and they won't work on the insurance authorization until tomorrow so another day of no pain meds after lumbar fusion at L4/L5. Unless you enjoy pain avoid this office. Staff sucks but doctor is good.

Dr Setty saved my husbands life he didn’t have to take on my husband but he did and had him transferred to him from another hospital. My husband chance of survival was slim and it was a difficult surgery but he took my husband in and did the craniotomy on him and thanks to dr Setty my husband I still alive and doing ok. I don’t understand why people complain about doctors most doctors do everything they can to help somebody. But they can’t perform miracles. I am very grateful for Dr Setty.
