I’ve been a patient of Dr Bhat for several years. He has always been very friendly and takes time to answer all my questions. I am one of those patients that has a list. It helps to do your research and make a list of questions. The front desk staff has always been friendly and attentive. I’ve seen some of the prior reviews and I can honestly say that I have never experienced any of the negative reviews. I have always been treated with respect.
Dr. Bhat…. Shame on you sir. You should not treat people and then neglect them when you change a medication on them and leave them in unstable cardiac conditions. Shame on your call center who takes calls for you. I have never been treated with such unkind and condescending behavior by a professional medical office in my life. Your representative who failed to mute her headset and proceeded to speak to her coworker about me in such a negative and nasty way, needs investigation.
