Dr. Guniganti is very well known for falsifying medical records, patient mortality, and performing unnecessary procedures. He once threw pulmonary artery catheter into a trash can because he couldn t get the lumen into the atria. He then took it back out of the trash can and re-insterted it into a patient because he realized after tossing it that there were none available.
