No help doesn't prescribe medication, undermined her staff and doesn't look up from her computer screen. Every where I go they say I should change doctors; so she’s known to have a bad reputation. Doesn't listen to patients. Has trouble sending notes
Dr. Duggal is a warm and friendly physician. She has been my primary care provider for nearly 5 years now and I trust her with my medical care and referrals.
Receptionist Ana M. was very rude and hung up in my face because I caught her contradicting their policy and when i asked were the lines recorded she became very rude, argumentative and hung up in my face. When i called back to get her info because I'm pursuing legal action, Dr. Duggal got on the phone and asked what happened. As soon as i began speaking she said “No no no” as if i was lying.
