Very detailed doctor, very thorough, I always feel like I’m well taken care of!
One of the worst doctors office experience I have ever had. I arrived, they checked me in, didn’t give me my new patient paperwork until I asked for it. My appointment was at 3pm, finally after I heard the lady with the 2:30 appointment ask at 3:45 when will she be seen I asked as well and was put into a room at 4pm, which was hot. The medical assistant came into our room and left, as if she was confused. Dr. Pooja Malhotra is an exceptional physician who has been overseeing my mother-in-law’s care with remarkable attentiveness and compassion. She is incredibly responsive, thorough, and truly takes the time to listen. Her entire staff is warm, kind, and extremely sweet—making us feel supported and well cared for.
