Very poor communication
Dr. Lee helped me with a successful IVF treatment. Much appreciated for all.
I would not recommend Dr Poo Lee. Despite clearly stating on multiple occasions that IVF was not something we were interested in, it continued to be pushed without respect for our wishes. When we asked reasonable questions and sought clarification—including wanting to explore external advice as part of our due diligence—the response was defensive and came across as dismissive and, at times, rude. Dr Pooi Leng Lee is a very skilled and knowlegable specialist. I was referred to her by my GP after seeing two other specialists who failed to diagnose and treat what was causing a long term condition that was causing great discomfort and suffering. Dr Leng Lee listenened to me and tested me for something the other two had not,and provided a diagnosis and treatment that quickly cured my condition and suffering.
Dr. Lee is professional and patient in her explanations, which made me feel reassured. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful
