Dr Vegesnaw, a partner with Dr Kumar(obviously the word is used quite loosely here) lacks professionalism & tact, not only does he not WANT to listen to a patient, he doesn't! He will cut you off in the middle of a sentence, especially if he does not like what you're saying. He does NOT care how the patient feels nor what they're going through at all. He does very much enjoy hearing himself talk, a lot. I truly wouldn't let this "doctor" even examine an animal.
