Very thorough, took an excellent health history on both of my kids, very personable with us, great combination of professional and caring. Short wait times at the office, it was easy to schedule an appt and easy to get referrals to necessary specialists.
Came in and seen my baby for not even a minute, did a quick talk and left. I was expecting more questions and more details. My baby has been congested since he was born, he just turned 1 too and no one believes me when I say it and they just let it go with a "its a virus" or "his body will fight it on its own"... No I definitely think there's something wrong.
