Found a car I liked but ac wasn't working. I was told they'd get it fixed next day and to call around noon. I called and was told they were just getting it on and call back around 3:30pm. I called back and was told there was a leak and they had the black light or blue light on it and would call me back when it was ready. It's been 3 days and no ones called me back. Guess they don't want my money. Moving on to anther dealership.
Put a depost of $2000.00 for a truck he said it would be fixed the next week. Came by the following week, the repairs that he promissed were not done and he refused to reimburse the deposit of $2000.00. We are going to take him to court. STAY AWAY!!! This very slimey and digusting thief should go to prison.
I recently purchased a new to me vehicle from Doug. A few weeks later I got a call from him. He said I paid too much. I had forgotten that I had sent a $1000 deposit. I had no idea. He refunded me that day. Now that's honesty. Doug was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I cant tell you how appreciative I feel. This is a good man.
