Recently, I saw Dr Tan for a consultation and Gastroscopy procedure. He was very kind and listened to me attentively when I explained my symptoms and the worries/concerns I had. He gave clear explanations and was very re-assuring which is what I needed when I was so nervous! I left the clinic feeling more relaxed and less worried for my upcoming procedure. The receptionists, Amelia and Sally were also so lovely and supportive which made my experience even more positive. Thank you so much everyone 🙏🏻

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Tan's practice. Prior to my procedure, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tania, his practice nurse. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and her reassurance was greatly appreciated. The procedure itself with Dr. Tan was fantastic. He was very nice, professional, and put me completely at ease. A huge thank you to the entire team for such wonderful care. I feel a huge sense of relief now that today’s procedure is over.
Recently saw Dr. Pok Kern Tan for scopes/spitroast, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was excellent and the staff were amazing, kind, professional, and reassuring.
