I called them to unblock my shower drain. I was told plumber would come next day "sometime after 1:30pm". Allan arrived before 12 noon, just after I'd returned home from grocery shopping because I had believed the dispatcher. He not only unblocked the drain quickly in a difficult situation but was polite, pleasant, and answered all my questions about the pipe configuration of my bathroom, some aspects of which had not been properly done (access to pipes) and why he was taking certain actions. Great plumbing company, would definitely recommend, Allan is hands down one of the nicest most hardworking and helpful tradesmen that I’ve ever met, he answered all my questions and got down and dirty during the job he did in my basement. He did everything I asked of him and more, he was making jokes the whole time snd had me cracking up. I’ve never had that much fun with someone I just met.

I called the answering service for an emergency water heater replacement. I had a quick (within thirty minutes) call back from the plumber. After I told him the problem, he said he would check his schedule and call me back with potential times and prices for the replacement. I never heard back from him. We went with a different, more reliable plumber.
