We had an emergency with our plumbing, the on call technician came out and even though our problem was bigger than he could fix at the moment he still stayed for 2.5 hours to fix what he could!!

Had a Freon leak on my outside A/C unit. Came over, replaced a part, and recharged the freon. Only to find out once the freon leaked 2 days later they didnt fix the leak, only recharged the unit. What a waste of money to half do the job. Absolutely will not use them again.
