Back in 2021 we had D&R come out to fix a main water break. We had to pay $4000 upfront deposit (which we were fine with) as the whole estimate was around 6,000. Come day of repair Richard told us he replaced the pipe from the meter to the house connection. He came in and charged us $5,588.00 MORE. What are we going to do? Not pay him? He also told us that due to our yard being left in complete disarray he would send a sub contractor he uses to flatten our yard back out once the dirt and sand settled.
