Horrible customer service went in for some testing over a week ago… nobody ever bothered to contact me with results and I’ve called multiple times through the week no answer. Now they’re saying wait till Monday due to a holiday! So essentially 11 day wait for three day results! Customer service agent had horrible attitude and was argumentative… and refused to transfer me to Supervisor saying they were about to close with 15 minutes left in the business hours ….

I did my USCIS exam with this doctor. He was really nice and they helped me with my form in good timing.
I hate to give a bad review, but in all honesty my problem is not Dr.Patel. Dr Patel is great and does his job very well, but his front desk staff, are an absolute mess, very unprofessional. I’ve had to physically go to the office to get information in regards to follow ups and appointments. You will find yourself non stop calling the office for things they should have been doing within 24hrs. I have found myself calling and not receiving a call back on information needed multiple times.
