I hate to give a bad review, but in all honesty my problem is not Dr.Patel. Dr Patel is great and does his job very well, but his front desk staff, are an absolute mess, very unprofessional. I’ve had to physically go to the office to get information in regards to follow ups and appointments. You will find yourself non stop calling the office for things they should have been doing within 24hrs. I have found myself calling and not receiving a call back on information needed multiple times. Dr Molly is the best I recommend booking with her to receive the best service
They never pick up the phone, when you show up the are in middle of conversations, laughing, but the phones are never picked up. If you need immediate help, don't call the office!
I can't make an appointment as they aren't answering because they don't like me. Pathetic. Racist at the front. I was at my radiology apt, of course something was wrong with the referral. The Black woman from radiology called&the Spanish girls up front told her "she has it."&hung up. The white lady from radiology called&the Spanish girls up front bowed down instantly following orders&sent it respectfully.
